2. Subject of service
Booking AC Shuttle is the official online reservation platform for the company AC Shuttle.
The service allows for the booking of private hire vehicle (PHV) services with a chauffeur, including:
– train station and airport transfers,
– private trips,
– made available,
long-distance trips,
– professional or personal transport.
3. Reservation
Any reservation made on booking.acshuttle.fr implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The reservation becomes effective after payment validation or confirmation by AC Shuttle.
AC Shuttle reserves the right to refuse any reservation that is incomplete, incorrect, or incompatible with the service's operating conditions.
4. Rates
The prices displayed on the platform are in euros (€) with all taxes included.
They include:
– chauffeur service,
– the reserved vehicle,
– professional transport insurance for people.
Additional fees may apply in certain cases:
tolls,
parking,
– exceptional waiting,
– major route changes.
5. Payment
Payment may be requested:
– online,
– on board the vehicle,
– or via a secure payment link.
The accepted payment methods are indicated during booking.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation more than 7 days before service:
Full refund possible.
Cancellation within 7 days:
No refunds will be issued.
All requests must be made in writing or by email.
7. Delay and waiting
For airport and train station transfers, a reasonable waiting time is included.
In case of significant client delay without prior notice, AC Shuttle reserves the right:
– to cancel the service,
– or to apply additional fees.
8. Luggage
The number of pieces of luggage must be compatible with the capacity of the reserved vehicle.
AC Shuttle will not be held responsible for any unannounced overloads during booking.
9. Responsibility
AC Shuttle is committed to providing professional and secure service.
The company's liability cannot be engaged in case of:

– beyond their control,
– exceptional traffic,
– of force majeure,
– or external disturbance.
10. Personal Data
The information collected through the platform is used solely for the purpose of booking and managing services.
The data will not be resold or transferred to third parties.
11. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are subject to French law.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
